Bridge To Terabithia
Went for movie with Sally today, we acrually wanted to watch 'Blade To The Glory' 5.40pm show. We wanted to catch an early show and went home early, but it's full, so did other shows. The only show that has available seats was 'Bridge To Terabithia' at 9.35pm. We heard that it's a fantasy movie like 'Nania', so we bought the tickets.
Despite their awkward introduction, two outsiders quickly become best friends. Leslie loves to tell stories of fantasy and magic. Jess loves to draw, but until he met Leslie it was something he kept to himself. Leslie opens up a new world of imagination for Jess. Together they create the secret kingdom of Terabithia, a magical place only accessible by swinging on an old rope over a stream in the woods near their homes. There, the friends rule the kingdom, fight the Dark Master and his creatures and plot against the school bullies.
My review for this movie: At a glance, This was kinda Fantasy film that suits kids more. However, audience were adults. It doesn't have Harry Potter's full of Magic Powers and Lord of The Ring's advanturous plot. All it have was bondings between Family & Friends, simple and novelistic. It's suitable for people who just wanna relax their mind and return to childhood fantasy mind in weekends.
